5 out of 10 Americans believe God created modern humans 4.500 years ago

GodBlessAmerica

This is absolutely mind-blowing! And so laughable, up to 5 out of  10 Americans believe God created the Earth and anatomically modern humans, 4.500 years ago, according to a new Gallup poll. And it is not a wonder that this is coming from USA.

What it means is that, almost about half of all Americans believe humans evolved over millions of years, but with most of those people saying that God guided the process. Its a bit better but nevertheless just as absurd as the first five out of ten. Because when you add something called God into the equation you must be really sleeping IMHO at least.

Does religious mean less educated?

I just wonder have they missed EVERY class in school occupied with talking to some imaginary being in the sky?  And it was the same with older respondents who were likely to espouse a young Earth creationist view that life was created some 4,000 to 10,000 years ago according to the poll. ZZZzzz..Wake up pls!

Anyway, there is some hope! Because the percentage of people who believe in creationism has changed little over the decades, the percentage of people who believe humans evolved without God has more than doubled, and the percentage who believe in God-guided evolution has decreased.

But, Americans consistently report high levels of belief in the supernatural. About 80 percent of Americans believe in miracles and three-quarters believe in the virgin birth of Jesus, according to a 2013 Pew survey. Absolutely mind-blowing!

At the same time, while most Americans have a healthy respect for science, many could use a refresher course in the basics. For instance, a 2014 National Science Foundation study found that only three out of four Americans know that the Earth revolves around the sun??? and not vice versa, and a large percentage didn’t know the Earth’s core was hot.

And did you know that some are even more absurd? Not long ago Hundreds of Twitter users celebrated the beginning of the New Year by expressing their amazement at the notion that the Earth was 2015 years old. Yes, that’s right, who knows how many young people (many of them Americans) actually believe that the planet we live on has only been in existence for 2015 years. I say it again: Have they missed EVERY class in school occupied with talking to some imaginary being in the sky? It seems like it!

Marco Rubio

And American so-called politician aren’t any better. 2016 candidate Marco Rubio has caused a bit of a stir with an answer to a question on evolution, as part of a wide-ranging interview with GQ:

GQ: How old do you think the Earth is?

Marco Rubio: I’m not a scientist, I don’t think I’m qualified to answer a question like that. Whether the Earth was created in 7 days, or 7 actual eras, I’m not sure we’ll ever be able to answer that.

What a stupid guy!

So here are the facts. Being able to answer them does not make you less popular. If that’s what he thought!

According to almost all scientists, (sponsored or un-sponsored) the Earth is about 4.5 billion years old. This question probably won’t go away, now that Rubio has made news with his answer (or lack thereof).

Since the planet Earth doesn’t have a birth certificate to record its formation, scientists have spent hundreds of years struggling to determine the age of the planet. By dating the rocks in the ever-changing crust, as well as neighbors such as the moon and visiting meteorites, scientists have calculated that Earth is 4.54 billion years old, with an error range of 50 million years.

By using not only the rocks on Earth but also information gathered about the system that surrounds it, scientists have been able to place the age of the Earth at approximately 4.54 billion years. For comparison, the Milky Way galaxy that contains the solar system is approximately 13.2 billion years old, while the universe itself has been dated to 13.8 billion years.

Watch Out!

“Religious brainwashing is all about control. A person in a place of power misuses their position to meet their own needs instead of tending the people entrusted to their care. Very often, the people under their care are emotionally or intellectually fragile. The abusive spiritual leader controls them by exploiting that weakness to manipulate their actions.”

So skip the religious books folks! They only make you dumber..

Not even the TV shows seems to know what they are talking about? Look below: The question the TV-Show is asking about is: What religion do most people in Indonesia consider themselves to be? The TV-Show put the answer on the screen MUSLIM? Well look now, MUSLIM is NOT a religion. The real answer would’ve been ISLAM. ISLAM is the religion and people who practice it are Muslims. Hmm?

“Adlai Stevenson ran for president against Dwight Eisenhower in the 1950’s. Stevenson was giving a speech, and after the speech a woman cried out “Adlai, every smart person in America will vote for you!” He replied “yeah, but I need a majority!”

And why is it like this? Well American have long been overrun by the corporate and their greed and brainwashed with their shit and all their stupid commercials more than any other people on the planet. It has been a deliberate downgrading process of Americans will and intelligence. Religion in America is so strong that American brains have been fried with this totally BS message it has to deliver. And it has been going on without almost any resistance so now it’s probably to late.

And what really bothers me is that people who are like this, attending various forums for awaken people and writing their crap. If you are stuck in religion stay away from forums for awaken people. It’s totally ridiculous the crap your writing on our forums. For a person who`s awake all that talk of god and money and politics is just tiring.

And remember, As you make your bed, you will get to sleep!
